service restart via mail

I need to restart a service or start a script to a remote server from a 
script.

I know that I can use ssh, but this require interactivity or using keys.

My idea was to pipe the command from the aliases file using the sintax:

alias: |prg-to-execute

Work for "normal" prg that require no privileges, but obviously don't work 
for my porpouse.

How can I solve this?
