rsync over ssh with not root login

hi all,
i've a problem with rsync over ssh in trustix 2.2, when i don't use a root 
login. example:

root at gladstone /# rsync -av --bwlimit=90 --delete -e ssh 
lore at remote_host::tmp/* /tmp
lore at 213.26.122.3's password:
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [receiver]
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(434)

lore is a user of remote_host. If i use root login instead of lore everything 
work well, but for security reasons i've desable root login for sshd service

my rsyncd.conf
pid file = /var/run/rsyncd.pid
transfer logging = yes
log file = /var/log/rsync/rsync.fast.log
timeout = 600
#use chroot = yes

[tmp]
path = /tmp
read only = yes
uid = lore
gid = users
list = false

Any help please?
