tsl3 contrib

Who is contrib maintainer anyways?
I did upload something, and it didn't work,
so I wrote to christian, but he has other things to do,
so I would like to ask who is the person who can work out with me the  
packages?

ps: I thought noarch is for interpreted languages, so e.g.  
squirrelmail would be a classical noarch package, right?
