netatalk 2.0.3 contribution

hi all,
I did pack my personal configure line into an trustix made  
netatalk.spec file,
and the resulting rpm can be found in the folder
http://jot.at.subik.com/~yellow/trustix/

changes:
new configure arguments,
NLS related lines removed (b/c not longer in source)

pls give me feedback on this one, since I could continue my work on  
this one.
