Community update: libnss-pgsql-1.3-2tr.src.rpm

I've switched to using "gy", but haven't uploaded the new ones yet.

I'll do this shortly.

BTW, I haven't been able to find the 3.0 community files to download.  
The 3.0 directories are empty when I look with a web browser, and  
swup returns an error about not being able to get the rdf.
